Track progress

After creating a spray plan, you can track the application progress per vineyard and document completed treatments. You’ll find the progress display in a spray plan’s detail view.

Spray plan detail

In the spray plan overview, click a spray plan to open the detail view. It contains two tabs:

Tab	Description
Overview	Summary of the spray plan with master data, tank mix and statistics
Vineyards	Progress tracking per vineyard, with status and details

Progress display

In the Vineyards tab, you can see the current status of the application:

The progress bar at the top shows the ratio of:

• Done vineyards (treatment documented)
• In progress vineyards (treatment under way)
• Upcoming vineyards (treatment not yet started)

Vineyard table

The table below lists every assigned vineyard, with the following columns:

Column	Description
Status	The vineyard’s current treatment status
Area	The vineyard’s size
Spray amount	Calculated or actual application amount
Completion date	The date the treatment was completed
Task	Link to the automatically created task
Employees	Assigned spray operator

Document a treatment

1. Select vineyards

   Select one or more vineyards using the checkboxes in the table.

2. Mark as done

   Click Done to mark the selected vineyards as treated.

3. Enter the completion date

   Enter the date the treatment was carried out.

Note

The linked tasks are automatically set to the status Done when you mark a vineyard’s treatment as done.
